This presentation is a welcome to the Great Railway Debate on how Britain's railways need to change to meet the needs of the 21st Century. While termed a "Great Debate", the format is really a briefing on the way in which the railways will be changing over the next 10 to 20 years, with the opportunity for the audience to ask questions and to express their own views.
